Alopecia is a common cause of hair loss in both men and women. Although some remedies exist that can help, scalp micropigmentation remains the only guaranteed solution. There is no ‘cure’ for alopecia, but SMP provides a highly effective cover-up.
All clients experiencing alopecia need to provide photographs of the affected area, or better still, attend our office for a free consultation. This is because every scalp micropigmentation treatment for alopecia must be tailored to the clients very specific needs.
We also need to assess the likelihood of future hair regrowth, or a worsening of your symptoms. SMP can be adapted to make allowances for such circumstances, so a little planning in advance means the very best solution is provided for you.
